Participants will learn about various AI tools for enhancing project management efficiency, selecting and implementing these tools, and reviewing case studies. This AI project manager Fundamentals training emphasizes data-driven decision making, including data analysis techniques, applying insights to project decisions, and using visualization tools. This Course also addresses how AI can improve team collaboration and productivity.
