Alexander has more than 30 years of consulting and coaching experience (including senior management at Accenture and his own companies) and has been focusing on agile working methods since 2010, as he is convinced that they make the difference and are the fastest and most effective way to achieve relevant results. He is a proven SAFe expert as an SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) and SPCT Prospect and has already accompanied numerous transformations for various clients. His focus is on coaching both managers and teams. He regularly holds SAFe trainings with very good ratings and is convinced that the combination of trainings and experiences from accompanied transformations are the best prerequisites for practice-relevant and exciting trainings. Alexander has the trainer qualification for practically all available SAFe trainings, but places particular emphasis on the advanced courses such as LPM, PO/PM, DevOps, SAFe for Architects and Hardware.

His 35-year career in business includes roles as vice president in multiple Fortune 500 companies and chief technology officer for a health IT startup. As a SAFe Fellow and SPCT, Steve has used his experience as a SAFe expert over the last decade to help enterprises in the Global 2000 implement Lean-Agile and DevOps at scale.
