Course Overview

All beginnings are easy: In this official SAFe 6.0 training, you will learn all the important basics in just a few days in order to profitably use the Scaled Agile Framework in your company.

The Leading SAFe training examines in detail the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) used worldwide and its underlying principles such as Lean, Systems Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow or DevOps. You will develop a deeper understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and acquire the necessary tools to lead a Lean-Agile transformation in your organization.

In the process, you will learn everything you need to know about organizational change and culture transformation, internalize the importance of synchronization between multiple agile teams, and reflect on whether your organization meets the necessary requirements for implementing SAFe.

Prerequisites

In principle, you do not need any prior knowledge to participate in the training. Experience with Scrum is an advantage and facilitates the learning objective.
