Prerequisites

- Competency model for executives in the AI era (incl. self-check)
- "Future Walk": AI potential for new business models & ways of working
- AI project management & use cases: Good practices, identification and evaluation methods
- Regulation & ethics in AI project management
- AI maturity check for the organization: Introduction of the AI business maturity model, execution of the AI readiness check, derivation of key action areas
Day 2: Vision & Transformation
- Develop the corporate vision using the “Postcard from the Future” method and the “5 Bold Steps Vision Canvas”
- Learn about success factors & good practices for scalable AI & transformation regarding operating model, roles & governance, and change management
- Develop measures & a transformation roadmap for your own organization
