Module 1: Introduction to Identity Manager Applications Install
- Understanding the components that collectively make up the installation process of IDM 4.85
- Installation order of these components for a Linux Install
- Installation order of these components for a Windows Install
- What’s involved with the IDM 4.8.5 upgrade
Module 2: Installing Identity Applications
- Understand the installation process of IDM 4.85
- Beginning with installing install a PostgreSQL patch
- Installing IDM 4.8 User Applications and Reporting
- Installing the User Apps Hotfix
- Configuring User Applications and Reporting
- Upgrading both services to 4.8.5Connecting the IDP to the IDM Server
Module 3: Identity Manager Self-Service Password Reset Application
- Understand how to access the SSPR service
- Logging in with administrative credentials
- Understanding the importance of the establishing the security questions
- Configuring the SSPR service to enable features, such as the HelpDesk Module, People Search, modifying the security questions, etc.
Module 4: Introduction to the User Application
- A step by step introduction of the User Application (Dashboard) interface
- Being introduced to the purpose of each tab and how it’s used.
Module 5: Introduce the Identity Manager Dashboard
- Demonstrate how administrators and users can customize the Home page (The Dashboard) tab.
