Course Overview
This course provides you with the business administration knowledge necessary to configure, manage, and support your organization’s cloud management environment. This course is designed for Cloud Management Business Administrators, Business Users, and Tenant Administrators.
Prerequisites
Familiarity with Windows, a Windows-based word processing package, and a Web browser

- Create aggregated service offerings, request the service offerings, and manage service requests.
- View CI Topology and closed-loop control process.
- Create and view reports and dashboards.

Course Content
In this course, you will be introduced to OpenText™ Cloud Management, including its key concepts, architecture, features, and functionalities. The course focuses on core cloud management functionalities, including creating providers, designing services, publishing offerings, and efficiently managing cloud resources.
By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage cloud environments, perform administrative tasks, and develop service offerings within Cloud Management. You will also be able to view CI Topology, implement closed-loop control processes, and troubleshoot basic cloud issues.
