This course is intended for site administrators, project administrators, and other users of OpenText Application Quality Management who are responsible for managing projects, users, and workflow customizations.
Prerequisites
- Knowledge of basic testing concepts.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, including services, users, and permissions.
- Familiarity with relational databases (for example, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and basic SQL queries.
- Basic scripting knowledge (for example, VBScript or JavaScript) to support workflow customization.
