Who should attend
Learners in this group are business owners, leaders and executives, IT leaders, and managers. They are beginners or may have intermediate skills with Cloud technology. They are primarily interested in an introduction to foundational concepts such as how Cloud technology can be used to make strategic business decisions.

Pre-test to determine competency - Business Leaders (Day 1)
15 Minutes Online
The pre-test, jointly with the post-test, is useful to validate the effectiveness of the training from the learner’s perspective, but also provides useful insights for leaders and other stakeholders.
AWS Cloud Essentials for Business Leaders (Day 1)
4 Hours Instructor-led Online Training
- Explain the role of information technology (IT) in an organisation for business transformation
- Explain the customer value proposition for using the cloud across industries
- Define key characteristics of cloud computing
- Explain the cloud business model
- Identify key security practices of cloud computing
- Frame the cloud business value using the Cloud Value Framework
Moving to the Cloud: Decisions for Business Leaders (Day 2)
6 Hours Instructor-led Online Training

The post-test, compared to the results of the pre-test, is useful to validate the effectiveness of the training from the learner’s perspective, but also provides useful insights for leaders and other stakeholders.
Pre-Certification Exam of the Exam Readiness Package - Business Leaders (Day 3)
1 Hour Self-paced Online Training
- Test knowledge using the pre-certification exam,
- Review and discuss results of the pre-certification exam,
- Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses based on exam topic domains,
- Ask questions about the exam,
- Create a study plan to prepare for the exam, and
- Identify effective test taking strategies that can be used to answer exam questions.
Readiness Course of the Exam Readiness Package - Business leaders (Day 4)
2 Hours Instructor-led Online Training
- Test knowledge using the pre-certification exam,
- Review and discuss results of the pre-certification exam,
- Evaluate your strengths and weaknesses based on exam topic domains,
- Ask questions about the exam,
- Create a study plan to prepare for the exam, and
- Identify effective test taking strategies that can be used to answer exam questions.
EU CloudCamp4SMEs Certification Exam - Business Leaders (Final Day)
1 Hour Online Exam
The Certification Exams will be designed and developed specifically for the EU CloudCamp4SMEs program and will draw on questions that cover from the courses.
The exam will be completed by the alumni at an in-person proctored exam centre and it will vary between 1-2 hours, based on the learning path.
Exam questions will be multiple choice and randomised and will be scored based on points, with a passing score equal to 80% correctly answered questions.
