Course Overview

To do this, you will learn to coordinate several teams in a result-oriented way towards an overall goal and to coordinate them dynamically. Practical exercises deepen your knowledge and prepare you for several official certifications - because after this training you can officially qualify as a Scrum Master as well as a Product Owner. You will also be able to successfully pass the Scaled Scrum exam.

Prerequisites

There are officially no prerequisites for SPS training. It is, however, expedient to attend the Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner course prior to the training. Practical experience with Scrum is likewise advantageous for this further education course.
